The architectural form is a composition of clean lines and cubes, expressed in facades, sit-outs, and
interiors. A striking facade element filters light through the staircase window, echoed in the first-floor
bedroom for continuity. The entrance sit-out is framed by a box-like form with a cantilevered show
wall and accented cladding, contrasting the monochrome tones.

 
Inside, the design language extends through grooves, handrails, and furniture, all carrying a linear
cubic expression. The residence accommodates three bedrooms, living and dining spaces, a kitchen,
and a wide bay window with a 10-foot slider that captures views while the facade acts as a poetic filter.
